The outer material of our Eco Chic bags are made up of 100% rPET material, which is recycled PET (Polyethylene terephthalate) material mainly coming from plastic bottles.
To ensure they are made from authentic rPET, we only purchase audited materials certified by GRS.
Eco Chic bags are safe to machine wash at low temperatures without damaging the fabric.
Plastic-based fabrics however, may release plastic microfibres into the water when washed; to minimise this we recommend washing your bags only when necessary, and to hand wash if possible. If using a washing machine, wash at 30°C or lower. Do not tumble dry.

Delivery
At the moment the only currency we accept is British Pound. Your purchases will be sent using Your selected Royal Mail delivery service .
for larger items we will ship using a courier usually Hermes. The cost of sending your order will depend upon its weight:
We will aim to get your order out from the shop within 24 hours as long as we have it in stock and aim for delivery within 3 - 5 working days for second class delivery.
You will receive a shipping email once your order has been dispatched. We would be obliged if you could let us know if you haven't received your goods within 14 days of your shipping email.
If there is likely to be a delay on an in-stock item beyond the normal period we will email you to let you know. If the item is unavailable, we will contact you and issue a full refund.
Return Policy
In the unlikely event you are unhappy with your order and wish to cancel or return it we will be happy to refund the purchase cost and original delivery cost if you notify us within 7 business days from the day you receive your goods.
Providing that the item is returned in its original condition and returned in its original packaging.

This applies to all item except earrings which can't be returned for hygiene reasons except if damaged but again sending a photo of the item is our first request to try any resolve the problem as quickly as possible..
You will need to pay for the goods to be delivered back to us.
